How long can my packages stay at your warehouse?
We offer a maximum storage time of 60 days at our Spanish hub. This gives you plenty of time to shop from various stores and group your items together before requesting an international shipment.
Which courier networks do you use for delivery?
Locally in Spain, all shipments are handled by Correos Express. For worldwide forwarding, Correos Express automatically manages and routes your package through the best international carrier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) depending on the final destination and weight.
What is package consolidation and how much can I save?
Package consolidation means combining multiple orders from different stores into a single international shipment. By removing unnecessary vendor packaging and optimizing box space, you can save up to 70% on international freight costs compared to shipping items individually.
When will I know when my package arrives?
Our tracking system works in real time. The moment your package is processed in our warehouse in Spain, an automatic notification is sent directly to your customer account and to your email with all the details.
Can I check the condition of my items before they are shipped?
Yes! You can request visual inspection photos directly from your dashboard. Our warehouse team will carefully open the package, take high-quality pictures of the contents, and upload them so you can verify everything is correct.
Do you handle commercial e-commerce and Amazon FBA returns?
Absolutely. We provide seamless return management for e-commerce sellers and Amazon FBA businesses. We receive the returned items, inspect them according to your instructions, and hold them for consolidation or forward them back to your headquarters.
Are there any items that cannot be forwarded?
