A consolidated package is still just another package in your warehouse. If a new purchase arrives later, you can combine it with it and consolidate everything again into a single box, as many times as you need before shipping.

2. A new purchase arrives
You have not shipped yet and another package arrives at your address in Spain. No problem: we store it with the rest.
3. You consolidate again
Select the consolidated package and the new one in your dashboard, and your LocalHub combines everything again into a single box, ready to ship.

- The storage days of each package are kept and added up with full transparency: nothing is lost or counted twice.
- Your dashboard always shows which packages are inside each consolidation, with their storage days and services.

Frequently asked questions
What is a package forwarding service?
A package forwarder gives you a local delivery address in another country. Stores ship to that address and the forwarder re-ships your parcel to your home abroad. It lets you buy from shops that do not ship internationally.
How much does it cost to get a Spanish address?
Your Spanish address is free with the Free plan. You only pay the handling and shipping fees when you forward a parcel. Paid plans reduce every fee.
Do you handle customs documents?
Yes. For shipments outside the European Union we prepare the customs declaration and commercial invoice using the contents you declare. Import duties and taxes at destination are paid by the recipient.
How long can you store my parcels?
Parcels can be stored for up to 60 days. Storage fees depend on your plan. Parcels not managed after 60 days are considered abandoned and sent for recycling, with no possibility of recovering them.
Can I combine several parcels into one?
Yes. Select the parcels in your dashboard and request consolidation. Your LocalHub will repack them into a single box to lower the shipping cost.
Which items cannot be shipped?
Dangerous goods, weapons, flammable items, perishables, cash and any items prohibited by the carrier or the destination country cannot be forwarded. See our Terms of use for the full list. See all prohibited items →
Can I consolidate a package that is already consolidated?
Yes. As long as the consolidated package is still in the warehouse, you can select it together with any new packages that arrive and request another consolidation. Your LocalHub combines everything into a single box, the storage days of each package are kept, and your dashboard always shows what is inside.
How can I pay for my shipments?
You can pay in two ways: by card or by bank transfer. Card payments are instant and processed securely by Stripe (we never store your card details), so your LocalHub can prepare the shipment right away. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB, as well as Apple Pay and Amazon Pay. With a bank transfer (we recommend an instant SEPA transfer) the shipment is prepared once we verify the payment. You choose the method at checkout and can save your preferred one in your profile.
