Amazon FBA: we label the box with your Amazon labels and ship it to the fulfilment centre; the fee is added to the shipping cost.
Buyer online: we buy the product for you in any store; the fee is added to the product price and the store costs.
Customs and duties: if customs fees, duties or import taxes must be paid to receive your parcel in Spain, your LocalHub advances them for you. The advanced amount is added to your next payment together with an additional 10% surcharge on that amount for the advance payment.
Boxes and pallets your LocalHub may use when consolidating your packages. Their use is optional: they are only added if the LocalHub considers it necessary.
