1. Purpose
These Terms of use govern the relationship between Vanesa Carrión Ralo and users of the package forwarding service at www.forwarding.es, which includes a delivery address in Spain, receipt and storage of parcels at a LocalHub, and domestic or international re-shipping.
2. Registration and account
You must register with accurate details to use the service. Each user receives a unique client ID that must be included in the delivery address of every purchase. Parcels received without a client ID or with incorrect details may be delayed or returned to sender.
3. Plans and fees
The service offers Free, Basic (monthly subscription) and Premium (annual subscription) plans. Current fees are published on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Package units
Per-package fees apply to parcels of up to 80,000 cm³ and 20 kg. Larger or heavier parcels are charged as multiples of the per-package fee.
5. Storage and abandoned parcels
Storage is counted from the moment the parcel enters the LocalHub and charged according to your plan. Parcels not managed within 60 days of arrival are considered abandoned and will be collected by Vanesa Carrión Ralo, which may dispose of them without any claim by the user.
6. Shipping, customs and returns
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the declared contents and value. Vanesa Carrión Ralo prepares customs documents with the information provided. Import duties, taxes and clearance fees at destination are paid by the recipient. Parcels returned due to refusal, incorrect address or any other reason incur a €15 surcharge in addition to new shipping costs.
7. Prohibited items
We do not accept: dangerous goods (ADR/IATA), weapons and replicas, explosives, flammable products, loose lithium batteries, narcotics, prescription drugs without a valid prescription, cash and bearer securities, animals, perishable goods, counterfeit goods, and any item prohibited by the carrier or the destination country. Vanesa Carrión Ralo reserves the right to inspect, refuse or destroy parcels that breach these conditions.
8. Liability
Liability for loss or damage in transit is governed by the carrier's conditions and applicable international conventions. Vanesa Carrión Ralo is not liable for parcel contents, customs delays or damage caused by insufficient original packaging.
9. LocalHubs
LocalHubs are independent businesses that partner with Vanesa Carrión Ralo to receive parcels and hand them over to carriers. They must prove their business registration (Modelo 036/037) and follow the platform's operating instructions. They earn a commission for every shipment managed.
10. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a subscription within 14 calendar days of purchase, unless they have already used the reduced plan fees, in which case the service is deemed to have started with their express consent.
11. Changes and governing law
Vanesa Carrión Ralo may modify these terms with reasonable prior notice. They are governed by Spanish law. EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
